Technology

We are proud to offer our patients the most beneficial, safest, and advanced technology to make their visits more efficient and comfortable. We constantly monitor the dental community for new technologies which are thoroughly tested and can provide our patients with a better experience.

Some of our current technology is featured below.

Digital X-rays

Our office uses digital x-rays which provide a higher quality image while greatly reducing the amount of x-rays to which the patients are exposed. Plus, we are able to eliminate having processing chemicals in our office. Learn more here

Diagnodent

Tooth decay is not always as obvious as you would think. Hidden decay underneath the tooth surface can greatly undermine the structure of your tooth, leaving it susceptible. With Diagnodent, a laser caries (decay) detector, we are able to "see" decay that is below the surface. Diagnodent has been shown to be far more accurate than examination with x-rays and visual examination alone. Learn more here

Intraoral cameras

Do you ever wish you could see inside your mouth to see what the dentist is talking about? With our intraoral cameras, we are able to easily take a quick picture of your tooth. Within seconds, you will be able to see an enlarged picture of your tooth on a screen right beside your chair. Learn more here

CEREC

With CEREC technology, we are able to manufacture your crown or onlay in our office. These ceramic crowns blend beautifully with your smile. And no more temporary crowns! Learn more here

Zoom! Tooth Whitening

Zoom! allows us to whiten your teeth while you relax in our office! Improve the shade of your teeth drastically in a single day! Learn more here

ViziLite Oral Cancer Screening

Oral cancer is most effectively treated when found at an early stage. ViziLite is an aid which helps us identify pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions during your oral exam. It is non-invasive - you simply rinse with a cleansing solution and the dentist will examine your tissues with a special light to help identify any suspicious areas which may need further investigation. Tekscan

Many patients with TMJ/TMD pain have problems with the way their teeth bite together. With our Tekscan system, we can evaluate the amount of force each tooth receives when you bite, allowing us to adjust so that the forces are more evenly spread between the teeth. Learn more here
